• Upload or process any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service.
• Engage in any activity that significantly drains server resources or disrupts the service for others.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ImageMagixOnline and its licensors.

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading images, you grant ImageMagixOnline a temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process the images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when your processing session ends or the processed image is delivered and temporarily stored data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

Processed images and original uploads are automatically deleted from our servers shortly after processing is complete or the session ends. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.

Certain features of the Service may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) models or third-party services (e.g., background removal via remove.bg, colorization via Google AI). By using these features, you understand that your images may be processed by these AI systems according to their respective terms and privacy policies.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may not always be perfect. ImageMagixOnline is not responsible for inaccuracies or unintended results produced by AI features.

Uploaded images used with AI features are processed by our partners (remove.bg, Google AI). We do not use your images to train their models beyond what is stated in their policies. Please refer to the privacy policies of remove.bg and Google AI for more details.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ImageMagixOnline makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageMagix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ImageMagix will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, data loss, or processing errors.

We do not guarantee the preservation of image quality or metadata during processing, although we strive to maintain it where possible.

The Service may display advertisements, which helps us keep the tools free. These ads may be served by third-party advertising partners (e.g., Google AdSense).
